Robert Chen


Robert Chen co-founded PingPong Global Solutions Inc. in 2015 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Robert is focused on transforming the payment industry to make selling easy everywhere in the world for e-commerce sellers. Prior to co-founding PingPong Global Solutions Inc., Robert’s career included 10 years as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting in New York. Robert holds a M.S. in Mathematics from University of Connecticut and a B.S. in Mathematics from Fudan University in Shanghai.

Ning Wang


Ning Wang serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer. In this roles, Ning is responsible for financial planning, business strategy and partnership development outside of China. Previously, he served as Head of Business Development for Alipay U.S. and Head of Finance for PayPal China. Ning holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Julia Yao


Julia Yao serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. Julia leads the AML compliance program which includes Know Your Customer (KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, internal training, alert review, and reporting & recordkeeping. Previously, she spent 7 years as a compliance manager at PayPal China and also 1 year at Ria Financial. Julia holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiaotong University and an MBA from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

    Job Duties:
    Assist with implementing expansion of e-commerce markets internationally. Gather and analyze business/technical requirements from both internal and external stakeholders. Analyze customer data, identify user activity patterns, and develop product features. Develop potential partnerships with e-commerce platforms, service providers, industry associations, news media and affiliates in cross-border e-commerce. Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers across all verticals. Work with network of partners and affiliates with potential distribution channels including service providers, SMB’s, and trade associations. Define product roadmap and develop and maintain product backlog items for both business / operation functions. Work in a team environment.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience in the field of systems/business analysis or management consulting or Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of systems/business analysis or management consulting.

    Special Skill Requirements:
    SQL; R; Tableau; QlikView; Salesforce; Rally; Atlassian JIRA; IBM Cognos; Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
